Welcome to Birth Mark's drop-in group for postpartum parents.

Join us on Fridays for our PostPartum Drop-In starting Friday November 11th 2022. The drop-in will be running from 10 am to 11:30 am. Meet other parent(s) either in person or online, be curious together and mingle in community. Bring your baby with you! Share stories and ask questions you have been wondering about in a friendly, supportive environment.

After registering you will be provided with directions to our Toronto office and the link to join virtually.

This group is open to Birth Mark clients and the public.

This group will be led and facilitated by Kyle and J, two Birth Mark doulas. Meet your facilitators below!

Hi, I’m Kyle (she/her). I am a neurodivergent full-spectrum doula that specializes in postpartum support. I am a doula that loves and encourages all types of families and folks going through various reproductive experiences. I practice through an inclusive, non-biased and trauma informed  lens which is refreshed through my investment in continual learning. I have a strong history in advocacy, passion for social justice and my practice is client centered. I come with a wealth of knowledge and experience that is acquired through formal training, lived experience and working in the field. 

I believe community & support are so beneficial during the 4th trimester. I am excited to co- facilitate this drop in! I hope will bring our Brith Mark community & families together.

I am J, a full spectrum doula with Birth Mark Toronto. I will be co-facilitating the postpartum drop in on Fridays. Curiosity is one of my main tools that I use to support folks, and helps me get to know everyone and their individual needs. So come get curious with us at the drop in, connect with community members and let’s get a little creative together.
